My loan was subsequently declined by absa because Virgin Mobile had wrongfully listed me for non payment which was cleared by Virgin. Absa requested that I send the Letter Of Clearence through to them because it was the only reason that I was declined. When I sent the letter through to Monque she advised that I would take 3working days for them to approve the loan. I've been sending though emails to make a follow up with her and yet she never responds to any of them. I went to the Absa branch in Key west to find out what's happening. They called her to no avail. Sent her a message and nothing came off it. They then advised me that Frieda was the one dealing with the application. Gave me Frieda's email and number. Sent an email, no response, called and left 2messages. Nothing still! My problem is being advised of a turn around time that they cannot hold up. If I was advised that it took a week I would be chilling right now and waiting patiently. 2ndly why does no one EVER get back to me?? The closing date of registrations is today at my daughters school. I'm livid at the kind of treatment that I have received from Absa.
