I have been dealing with closure of my credit card since the begining of january an I have dealt with several so called team leaders in the department an promised me several times that my query will be sorted out todate nothing is done only several calls was made to me with empty promises my only resolution to this is the ombudsman now I had enough an they speak highly about service!!!
