Early last year i lodged a complain with credit ombudsman about two financial service providers, to my suprise the case was closed without me knowing, this year again i did again lodged the same complain to credit ombudsman but up until now no feedback. I tried several times makings calls to Ms Barnard and also emailed her wanting to know the status of my complain, without any luck. On the 30th August 2013 i phoned their office again and was put through to the manager of Ms Barnard, I spoke to her telling her about my problem, she promised to look through the case and come back to me and unfortunately she never did. All i need to know is that has my case being dealt with or it has been closed again, or how long must i wait for the investigations to be done cause its almost 20 months now waiting but never get any closure to this case.
