Bad Customer Service

Phoned (011) 359 7000 and chose option 1 for customer service. Boipelo Mokwena took my call and I asked for my balance and when my last instalment would be. I got cut off after I was kept on hold by herself. Dialed the same number again and now spoke to Rachel Ndlovu. She strugled to assist me and then she told me that I had to speak to one of the Managers. Gift came and took my call but refused to tell me what his surname is. He asked me why I wanted to have everybody's surnames and that he was not prepared to divulge that. I then asked him bout their complains dept email address and he again refused and told me that I can Google that info myself. This is bad customer service and I did not get what I phoned them for.
