Bad customer service

6 months ago my car was damaged at my work place. I had it repaired through my insurance who were then to claim back from the work insurance and refund my excess. I have had to drive to their offices on several occasions because Precious' no. goes straight to voice mail and she NEVER responds to messages. She told me she had handed the file to legal dept. Spoke to Violet in legal who said this had not been done but will get Princess to do it and call me... no call. I called Violet 4 days later who said she would speak to Princess who would call me the same day..still waiting. I have spoken to the work insurance who have been so helpful, know all about it, have everything ready, just waiting for Miway. Miways attitude seems 'the angrier one gets the less they help' what do they expect after 6 months? They have an attitude of 'could not care less about the client' I am totally disgusted with their service. Miway certainly does not do it 'my way' I will be cancelling my policy with them now... while I continue to wait for feedback from them.
