I contacted MiWay to update our policy details, I was connected to a Client Services Consultant (Jeanette Mpendu), she was friendly, patient and very efficient, she even made an effort to phone me back when our call was disconnected. I want to take the time to thank Jeanette and MiWay for always putting their clients first, you certainly make a difference and I feel that many companies with call centres could learn a few valuable lessons from MiWay when it comes to customer services.
I will keep on reffering people to MiWay, just because they really mean when they say "where we do things your way"
MiWay and Jeanette you certainly proved once again that MiWay is indeed the best when it comes to not only insurance but every other aspect of running a supurb company!!! Thank You so much!!!
