I have been very happy with the service I have received from FNB and my Premier Banker Ria Murray thus far, I however saw another side to FNB when I went into the Constantia Kloof Branch, I dont go into branches cos I got the professional Ria Murray to assist me. there was no one there to tell me where to go when I needed statements. So I waiting in a line at the tellers for about 20 Minutes. when I got to the front of the line I was told I need to go to a consultant another long line. I asked to speak to a manager, along came "mr helpful" Sipho Nkosi, I explained the situation to him and he said no one was in front because they were busy (So employ someone to help then) and I was not in the line for 20 Minutes, so I am a, nice. I was told that there were people there before me, which I understand but while talking to Sipho, he rudely turned his back on me to help people just coming into the bank, was I not there before them?? his attitude is unprofessional and reflects badly on FNB." I apologise for the inconvience sir, That is the correct line, i will do my best to speed up the process" would have gone down alot better and might have ensured I do not cancel my FNB accounts.
