Hi Miways,
I received a call from Miways (Tebogo) on 07/11/2013, that Miways no longer want to retain me as a client. On my question why?? He replied that I logged 2 claims in the last 5 years. Both claims were about someone bumped me from the back in traffic (it was never my fault).
Seems like to me Miways is an investment organization (not Insurance) so that they can ONLY benefit from their clients by collecting premium on monthly basis for doing nothing... Change your name from Miways Insurance to Miways money making...
Called Miways on 14/11/2013, at 3:34pm to confirm that cancel my car Insurance policy by 01/12/2013 so that I do not owe any money to Miways. Also requested the lady to stop debit order on my account and she confirmed, actioned. Miways has got recording of every conversation, why don't you guys listen to it, I have given you precise date and time for that. Miways again send a debit order on my account on 02/12/2013. which is totally unfair. Called again on 03/12/2013 at 9:25am, spoke to Jackie, waited for 20min and call got cut. Called again at 10:44am spoke to Rudzani, he promised me some will call me from Retention dept... to reverse my money. Waiting...
