I have been to the ABSA Benmore branch to do a transfer of funds for my mother as she banks with ABSA... Oh my lord... I think they need to put up chairs in the que for people to sit on whilst waiting for ages to move forward to get to the front counter! I have also been to the branch close to home to do banking for my mother at Oakfields branch and their service and speed also isn't a great experience... ABSA, you guys need to do something!
