Every time I go on to do banking and I try to claim my ABSA rewards it tells me that the page is not working a should try again later. I have now resorted to phoning the call centre and the response that I got from the lady who assisted me was that I should please go to the bank and update my information (as the security questions answers were relevant to information of a few years ago)! After 5 years ABSA still had me listed as a student with a residential address that I had in Primary school! I have update numerous accounts since then and opened and closed accounts since then? How is it my problem that this is inaccurate? The point it it has become more of a pain in the, and an expense to have ABSA rewards that a benefit. If ABSA wanted members to redeem points I am sure the process would be much easier and 'painless'.
