What is the purpose of having a 24 Hour Hot line that clearly doesn't work? I have tried calling the number on the card. And I used one from the legalwise Web page. One was an 031 number. And the one is a 011. There is a purpose for having the insurance to assist when the service is required. You are unable to leave a message. And your calls are ended whilst waiting for an operator. If you use the call back function on the web page, you will only receive assistance with in 48 hours.
