2013 service?

It is 2013 and this is what you can expect from Legalwise.
I called Legalwise Cape Town this morning. I phone was answered almost immediately. That did impress me.

I spoke with a Carmen and that is where the good news ends.
I was asked for my contact number and a Berenice would call me back.

I objected and said that I would wait for this Berenice. I continued to be on hold.
I confirmed with Carmen that there is only one person available at this Cape Town Legalwise office who could assist me.

I do not see why I must wait for someone to call me back by close of business today if I wish to sort something out now. They obviously do not need the business.
I ended the call. You decide if this is acceptable or not.
