R2000 MISSING ON MY ACCOUNT

I Reported a case against last year in december i dont remember the exact date but an amount of R2000 was withdrawn ed when i reported the case you guys uyou said you will refund my money in 20 days but its been two months now nothing is happening thats not a good look FNB
