Money missing from bank account

I received a sms on the 8th of July that an amount of R2050 was withdrawn from my account in Kyalami although I've never been to or in Kyalami in my life. I reported it on the 9th of July 2013 and was told I would be contacted within 3 days. I contacted them on the 4th day because I got no response and was told to wait a further 10 days. On the 11th day I again contacted them due to no response and was told that the money would not be paid back because they claim it to be a business transaction. I took the case to the complaint department where they told me it will be investigated for a further 2-5 days. On the 3dr day she contacted me to say that "they cannot find any proof of a cloned card and that sometime people withdraw money and don't remember about it, that might have happened". But the bank will not be held responsible for the and will not pay back the money. This is ridiculous, I will never have anything good to say about this bank ever again. They don't give a about clients and just assume everyone is a criminal.
