Good day African Bank

First of all, I would like to say thank you, you guys were really the one company that understood when I said I lost my job last year and you never harassed me.

I would like to know something though, this year when I started paying my account, I believe it was around R5000. I remember speaking to an agent, and I told the agent they can take R2000 off my account end of Feb I think it is, and they said it can be two installments of R2000 plus one installment of R1000. Now I did pay an installment of R2000 to start off. Now I believed that am left with about R3000 something. Now the past few months I made plans for you guys to take R500 from my account and its been like that. Now I believed that my account would be less than R2000 now. But to my suprise when I went to the branch to enquire my account was R3300. Could you please check for me if this is right, could you please check my statements of when I started paying again as I really think that amount is not right. If it's right please tell me how it can be right.
