I took time off from work going back and forth to FNB with various documents to open a bank account
Yesterday I got my card and left the bank and when I was registering for internet banking I realised my name is spelled wrong on the account
My name is NATALIA and it appears as "Natalie"
I really hope FNB can resolve this issue without me having to take more time off from work to go to the bank
They have my documents
It shows a lack of attention to detail on the part of the employees
I always heard FNB is the best bank in South Africa and I really hope they can take the initiative of sorting out the problem
