Bad service

Diboho called me regarding my African bank account at 14:01 on the 30.01.2014 from the number 27 1059 13140 before she could start the convesation I advised her to call me back after an hour since I was busy with something. She then started swearing at me before I could respond she dropped the phone on my ear. I'm not happy with her service she's so rude and she really needs skills on how to treat customers.
