WHAT IS ONE TO DO WHEN DOING THE RIGHT THING WONT

On the 24/01/2014 at approximately 12:25 I went to Standard bank at Old main street branch to report my bank card as possibly or lost. At Enquiries I spoke to Faith Ramasedi whom I specifically told to please stop this card as my salary would be paid in later that night. She then issued two new cards to me as per my request. Before leaving the counter I again asked her (which could be viewed on camera) 'lady are you sure should someone try to perform a transaction, would the ATM retain the card" in turn to which she responded, yes. I left the bank and later the evening was shocked to receive a sms of a withdrawal of R5000 thereafter I immediately went and withdrew my entire funds. I called the number given on the sms and was told to consult with the branch, thereafter i called again and when they tried putting me through to another department I was cut off. Due to the nature of my work I was only able to go to the branch and enquire about the matter Wednesday 29/01/2014. Upon my enquiry with the lady that helped me I asked her to call her manager, She called Charmaine Eksteen, whereafter I was referred to Corlia v/heerden today, and now they refuse to give me information as t
