Pathetic service

Had a Internet banking problem. Couldn't get through to call centre (0860111055) after over three hours on the phone.(but my call was important!)
Got an emailed response at 11:19am from Francois Labuschagne (SR number is 1-1626573461) to say I would be contacted in 30 to 45 minutes., 4 hours later still no call received. Five more emails have said my query has been escalated and "has been brought to the attention of the department responsible"
