Poor service delivery

I have experienced problems with internet connection on 3 different Cell C contracts. I am constantly phoning the call centre, receiving an attitude every time I call and the problem is still on going. A complain has been officially lodged through via The complaint was lodged on 27.01.2014 and is escalated to another department every time. I am still having exactly the same problems. They contacted me twice since then, saying that they will phone me back within 48 hours which never happens. The complaints department phoned me on 31 January and said that they will escalate my call to the network department who will phone me back within 48 hours. The network department only phoned me back on 05 February at 14:34 which is, according to my calculations, definitely NOT 48 hours after the first call on 31 January. My three current contracts with Cell C is useless and I cannot seem to get any response out of them. I need my internet connection restored ASAP or my contracts to be cancelled without any extra payments. The problem is mostly experienced at my home in Brakpan on the East Rand and partially in Wadeville, Germiston (work)
