Cannot Login Internet Banking

Problem
I opened a savings account with Nedbank on 10-03-2013. I had been given internet banking details, i was able to change my pin and add a username but it does not allow me to log in. To date, i cannot login, it gives me the error "System currently unavailable, Please try again later".

Persons contaced
I contacted the branch on 12-03-2013 where i had opened the account (Menlyn Mall- Pretoria) and spoke to Mamello Moahluli, P. (Promise), she said its a technical error and asked to me to call the call centre. I called the Call Centre on 16-03-2013 under call ref 61994755, the consultant tried to resolve the problem but to no success, she then said she will ask the technical team to look into the problem and that she will call me back later the same day, however, she has no called me or emailed me on the problem.

Background
In addition, I had to wait 3 hours at the bank in order to get the account opened. There was 1 consultant during extended banking hrs on Sunday 10-03-2013!! You guys might as well be closed on a Sunday.

How can you (Nedbank) pride yourselves on ASKONCE on becoming the world class standard when you
cannot resolve a basic issue? Maybe you should ask FNB
