Shocking=I send through my proof of residence document=an invoice from Loot that specifes my name, residential address and dated 30 December. The law states that this is a PERFECTLY acceptable form of POR, but this employee Riccardo Carstens I think his surname is has the temerity to tell me that it does'nt comply with FICA... He's totally incorrect and this I think is the final nail in allan gray's coffin as far as I am concerned. It;s just incompetence and bureaocracy with you guys.
