Have just rung Allan Gray toll free service help desk. The person who helped me called Moeniera Mohammed was truly exceptional. I can honestly say that this is the BEST telephonic service call I have ever experienced. Her depth of knowledge of her company and products, her communication skills, her patience levels at helping an old dodderer and the value obtained was nothing short of exceptional! It's clear that Allan Gray choose their consultants well and train them excellently. 12 out of 10 to Moeniera and Allan Gray! What a breath fresh air when compared to 'run of the mill' service.
