FnB debited R3180 off my account - Ref: SD1957393

Good Day,
I wish to lay a formal complaint as I find it very unfair that R3180 was debited off my account without my authorisation. I contacted the FNB Briardene Branch and they advised that the amount couldn't be reversed. This also happened in October for a debit of R1080. After speaking to the consultant at FNB Phoenix branch I was advised that this was a collection for a credit card that was with the legal department. He then contacted Groenewald Lubbe and they advised that it was FNB that deducted this money. FNB says that Groenewald Lubbe deducted the money. I got tired of this and then made arrangements with Groenewald Lubbe for payments of R500 per month. I've called the call centre to inform them that I want to log a complaint, I've been transferred to 3 different departsments. The last department was the collections. I waited on the line for 30 mins for a consultant to pick up. All consultants were busy, so I was prompted to leave a message. However the message box was full. They was no debits that went out for this amount in November and December. Now in January 2014 you'll (either FNB or Groenwald Lubbe) deducts R3180. How is this? I need this money reversed.
