Easy to deal with

I actually came onto Hello Peter to write a complaint about another service provider- and have decided to write a compliment at the same time. I recently had to update my details and do an additional cash transfer to my Allan Gray policy- I sent an email and within 10 minutes I received a telephone call from an extremely helpful gentleman (I cannot remember his name) n and he directed me step by step through the website so that I could complete the process on my own. Doing a cash top- up to my unit trusts with Allan Gray has been the easiest thing I have done in a long time. Every time I deal with Allan gray; the service is outstanding. I have recommended them to everyone I know and my spouse is now opening a fund with Allan Gray because I rave about them so much.
