When dealing with large corporates one expects an attitude of indifference to mistakes made by the client, but instead you apologized for my mistake. Unheard of! Every interaction and response to my queries have been dealt with efficiently and with such high levels of professionalism that I just have to take the time to thank you. Allan Gray clearly sets the benchmark against which all other companies should measure their service levels.
