The other day at work we were discussing companies which one should and shouldn't use for pension related investments, and one of my colleagues described Allan Gray as a company that makes you feel like you have accidentally got through to a company somewhere in the first world (because we all know how bad customer service usually is in S.A., especially with financial services).
I fully endorse my colleagues sentiments, as Allan Gray has ALWAYS given me fantastic, first world service, unlike many banks I deal with, who are still giving their customers (including me) a third world experience.
I will continue to recommend Allan Gray to all my friends.
