Nedbank made an error on my account and debited my account more than it was suppose to and this happened on the 19 January 2014 and up until today nothing has been sorted our it is ridiculous that a person must wait forever before your money gets reversed back into your account, I have dealt with the collection department in their call centre and the people their is rude and not helpful at all and the managers are always in meetings so nothing gets solved. I am sick of Nedbank now, and at the end of the day I am the one suffering because alot of my debits went off and came back unpaid because Nedback did not reverse my money yet. This is not fair at all that I need to suffer for Nedbanks stupid mistakes. They also dont have the decency to call you back to tell you how far they are with your query its like they cant care. Nedbank your service big time :( it is 2 weeks and counting and still no money paid.
