Misleading info

I made a call to FNB loans department and made an application yesterday, the gentleman that i spoke to on the phone is John. on the telephonic discussion that we had he said that my loan was approved. i then proceeded to ask him how long would it take for the funds to be available in my account, he said most probably in the next ten minutes or an hour, maximum 24 hours that was 28 hours agao, he said if i had any querries i should phone in and i did that an hour agao, the lady that i spoke to said that my application is still on hold they are proccessing it i asked her how was that possible because i was told that it was approved, she puts me on hold to call her manager and i held on for 15 minutes and she hung up on me. i am extremely angry because it costs alot of money to phone into the call centre and to be put on hold like that. i have been a FNB client for the past 6 years and i am angry about it
