Total Bad Service!

I can not swipe my card anywhere. I opened a new cheque account and since then both the cheque and savings acc doesn't swipe. Everytime I have to leave the store and find a bank to draw money. After sitting in a line for 1.5hours just to hear that my credit card was not there after receiving a sms to state is was ready for collection. I've been to Absa 5days in a row and still nothing is sorted out. Every time I want to bye something I have this fear thaat my card will decline. I've been through 3 different cards already. When will it be sorted out!!! When I ask what's going on no one can give me a valid reason for the problem! I'm sick and tied! I want it sorted out today!!! Oh and when I applied for a cheque account I waited 30days for a reply! My husband who banks with Standard bank gets answers within 15minutes! Why do I have to struggle like this! All my accounts is with Absa and to go through all the trouble to cancel and move over to another bank! Why should I have to do that! Absa needs to sort their bad service out now!
