I applied for a loan at an FNB branch two weeks ago and was approved for the loan. I then decided to see if i could get a better deal at another bank. After looking at my options i decided that my own bank, FNB, Had the best option. i then re applied for the loan on the telephonic application centre. The service i received was pathetic. The person i spoke to had no idea what he was doing. I was on the phone with him for almost an hour. He entered all my details wrong and my loan was not approved because of this. Why does FNB have a call centre for this if there is no competent call centre agents
