An outstanding amount that came from thin ai

I applied for a personal load in 2011 for an amount of R30000.00, I started paying monthly instalments as agreed with the bank, I then went to Nedbank to apply for a loan several months later. Nedbank requested I provide them with settlement letter from Capitec, Capitec provided me with the letter and the money was paid into their account, I went to the bank months later to try and save 500.00. Unfortunately the money was deducted due to an outstanding balance owed, I was surprised but I let it go. That was 2012, now in 2013 Capitec calls me and request I pay them an amount owing to them. I asked the lady how much was that she replied and said 175.00, I said I will pay. Later I called to find out where this amount came from as no bank will allow 175.00 rand to be owed since 2011 and not accumulate interest. When I called no once could help me I was given a ref no. CAP104021 and promised a call back within 3 days. On the third day I called and was given a different number 0860 667 718 / 83 option 1 Capitec complaint department Spoke to Chantel and said they will call me after 3 days I am still waiting till today. I am handed for what I don't know, Horrific customer service received
