I had a loan account with FNB and went under debt review but cancelled the debt review as I was not happy with the services I received from the debt review company.

I realised today that FNB has deducted R5874.00 from my account with no warning whatsoever. I called the loans department and was told that there was nothing they could do since there apparently was no arrangement in place. I mean the reason I went under debt review in the first place was because I could not pay the instalment on my loan account but I now have to pay times the arrears amount all at once? and I still get told by the consultant that the bank is STILL going to withdraw more money form my account to make up for the rest of the arrears. You think I'd stay with that bank from now onwards?
