I am extremely disappointed with outsurance because it is taking an advantage of my gran ma. She reported a pipe burst on Thursday and today its Saturday and the pipe is not yet fixed. I think they are taking advantage because she is old and black... people cant use running water because outsurance cant move their ase and get some work done.
