I have a huge problem with FNB, in december my brother and farther lost money out of their accounts, we confronted the bank and an investigation was done... outcome was it was not the banks fault, then we requested to view the banks camera through a police case as requested to see if someone else has withdrawn the money at the time the atm was used, until today we had no feed back again from the bank or inspector, i feel its hard earned money that is gone and not even a trusted bank such as FNB has such a huge delay in trying to help solve the problem. we would like to get to the bottom of this case as soon as possible.
