I had a student account. I received an email stating that I had to bring proof of registration before the end of Feb. I went in the 30th of December as my account was debited with bank charges as well as my monthly payment for the student account. The lady at the information counter took my name and cell and said she would fix my account I also asked her to cancel my awards service. She never phoned me back and the money for the awards is still coming off. I took out all the money in my account to prevent further debits, but it did not help. Extremely disappointed.
