I was knocked over the weekend where the other driver admitted guilt in the police report. I lodged my first ever claim on Monday and I am still waiting for a resolution. Although my car is drivable, I cannot continue driving it in its current condition.
I emailed the representative on Wednesday and he simply replied that an assessor would call me. I emailed him yesterday asking what the status was and he did not even bother replying to my email!
What could possibly be taking this long? I presented all the required information immediately! To think I done a lot of research and MiWay seemed to provide the best service, I am extremely disappointed!
