MONTHS of waiting for insurance to pay on ca

We have waited months, for Prime Meridian to tell us exactly what is going on with our vehicle.
MOST insurers have things fixed within days, with them, NO, it's months.
First, they used to send texts saying things are being processed. It has been too long now.
That vehicle is our main source of income. I'm utterly disgusted and regret having chosen them as insurers.
What a mess!
