Only one call and Mandla not only reduced my overall excess, but also reviewed my excess for Windscreen, CD Player and my monthly premium. On top of that my new premium starts immediately, and I'll be getting a bonus back during the month of May.
I was concerned and sceptical, but within minutes Mandla mailed me proof of our conversation whilst still on the line.
And all the while he did it with a smile in his voice.
This is really excellent service; Outsurance really bent over backwards for me.
