My bond is paid up and I called the bank to make accoint and release the cession and I had to fax a letter to them. Spoke to yolande 21st 'anuary. Lettewr faxed 22nd Janiary got an sms yesterday didn't get it but I have poroof it did go throigh resemt today twice and I called this morning to confirm whether they received my fax couldn't confirm. Sppoke to lisa who was very nice she can make accoint dormant but the policy must be cancelled and she transfer me to someone. Ggot tjrough to lala who advvisaed me she can't help me out of working time.
