They does nothing that you told them to do

I Cancelled my credit card with Nedbank because of bad service. When the bank called me on 7 June to confirm the account closure I requested that they send me a letter to confirm that the account has been closed. The person confirmed to me that he made a note of the request. Till today I have not received anything from them.
