I am an estate agent who gives all my sales to Standard bank Kimberley to apply for a bond on the said property
The last loan application that was done by Garth Harmse (who does a brilliant job) was in early January2014.
My client got a 80% loan The valuation was done on the 10th January and up until today the 30th Garth has not yet received a final grant for my client to sign from Head office Garth has already filed a complaint Ref No 4654599 and every time he sends a mail to inquire as to how far this grant is they tell him they will follow it up and we still get nothing.
This transaction is for R1 595 000.00 and the commission I stand to loose if we do not get a final by tomorrow is R100 000.00 How can Standard Bank expect any agent to refer them to our clients if this is the respond and service we get
