Im sooooo upset
i have a query that i need help with!!! i called your call centre 0116322251 spoke to mandy tshabalal who i explained my whole story too, she apparently made a detailed note on my profile and said i shoulg go to the BRANCH!!! the branch closest to me is briadene on north coast road durban. i take my lunch early @ 10am as i work a full day, go to branch see sam makhoya who says i should see a consultant after explaining my whole situation... for the second time, eventually see a consultant after waiting 10 minutes... who then says i need to speak to a customer banker.ohk! i sit outside the customer bankers office for 10 minutes, then the CUSTOMER BANKER Yatheen Rampersadh comes out... asks me what my query is about in the waiting area, speak to him for 10mins explaining who then says sorry i can put your query through but my credit manager wont help... you must go to gateway! im furious! my lunch hour wasted!!! had my query discussed in the waiting area!!! and now my lunch break wasted, petrol wasted, i am soooo upset!! what happened to one bank policy!!! HELP!!!
