I phoned Outsurance to claim for my Laptop that was. I spoke to Nicolette Heath and she told me that the claim would take 2-3 days for approval. She then phoned me back the same day to say it was already approved. This is my first claim ever from an insurance company, and I am glad it was with Outsurance! Thank you Nicolette.
