I gave my TV in at Mastercare where I have a contract for my Big electrical appliances and unfortunately they could not fix it as they could not get the specific part. I don't like using my household contents unnecessary because I love getting my Outbonus to spoil myself. Well I had no other choice and called in and came through to Nicolette Heath and explained what had taken place and I could not go any longer without a TV in my room as I am not well and mostly in bed at the moment and she was so good she went the extra mile for me that within 2 days I had a new TV delivered to my house. While talking to her, I could imagine her bending backwards while doing my claim... :-) Well Done Nicolette Heath
