I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the excellent and consistent service delivery by a Claims Consultant of the Company Telesure Group Services. He is Mr Lesley Colin Mckerry, Claims Specialist KZN & EC.
He was true to his word. If he promised to give feedback on my claim on a specific day, it happened on the said day. He is an asset to his company and I hope he receives the acknowledgement that he deserves.
