Fantastic Service relieves Trauma

On Monday 30 September I lodged a claim for a home burglary which happened on Saturday 28 September. I was expecting to be sent from pillar to post and waited to be told that the claim would take at least three weeks. Nicolette was friendly compassionate and extremely helpful. This is now Wednesday and our claim is in the processed of being finalised. Nicolette has been in constant touch with me via sms and phone calls, keeping me informed of the progress. The burglary took four minutes, the trauma will be with us for some time but the efficiency, compassion and helpfulness of Outsurance will remain with us for a very long time.
