I needed to update my policy as well as investigate a claim that had been lodged without my knowledge or consent.. The claim was never made from my side as it never existed. After 3 phone calls and 3 different Miway representatives Bonolo was the ONLY helpful person. Having been in the customer service for over 10 years i can honestly say that Bonolo went the extra mile. Many of the other Miway representatives could learn from her. Thank you Bonolo
