We had a break-in whilst we were sleeping and my daughter was punched in the face when she woke up. Fortunately the perpetrators ran away only being able to take some of our valuables. Obvously it was traumatic and we urgently had to have the locks replaced, the remote controls reset, the security gate sorted etc.
Nicolette Heath, the Outsurance contact person was amazing. She empathised about the break-in, was quick to sort out the claim and I found her friendly and very professional..
Unfortunately, my husband deleted the pop-up survey sent by Outsurance - and apparently it cannot be resend. Hence my compliment on HelloPeter.
