Today my nedbank personal loan debited double amount on my account, when i tried call the bank to reverse the amount i was told that they cant assist me. Im really annoyed with the fact that if the bank cant assist you in reversing money then why do i even use that bank. The worse part is they telling me that i made arrangement through the phone but i didnt, when i asked them for the telephone records the said they cant assist as well. This is really unfair. The service that i recieved today was totally bad. In future i will never take a personal loan with Nedbank.
